• Backlight LED strip failure. The most common Element failure — one side dims or the picture goes dark. Repairable in-home when strips are available.
• Won’t turn on / no power. Power board capacitor failure. We’ve seen most of the Element power-supply variants.
• Black screen with sound. T-Con or backlight failure. Repairable.
• Smart TV freezing / app issues. Sometimes a firmware state, sometimes the main board. Software reset usually fixes it first.
• HDMI port failure. Board-level repair on the input panel.
• Sudden shutdowns. Backlight protection trip or main board failure. Both repairable.
• Audio dropouts. Speaker driver or audio amp IC issue. We diagnose end-to-end.
