Who we work with.

Most of our commercial work falls into a handful of venue types. If yours isn’t listed, call us — if it has a TV mounted to a wall or ceiling, we’ve probably already fixed one this month.

Bars & sports bars

10–30 TVs in a Chicago sports bar isn’t unusual. One dead screen during a Bears or Bulls game is real lost revenue.

  • Same-week response during football season
  • Ceiling-mounted TV experience
  • We won’t take your TV down during open hours

Restaurants

Open kitchen displays, dining-room TVs, bar TVs. We work around your service hours — early morning or late night appointments available.

  • Pre-open or post-close scheduling
  • POS/digital-menu display experience
  • Coordinate with your GM, not the customer

Offices & conference rooms

Conference-room displays, lobby signage, training rooms. We coordinate with facilities or IT, not end-users. Net 30 invoicing standard.

  • Facilities / IT contact preferred
  • Net 30 invoicing, W-9 provided
  • After-hours visits to avoid disrupting meetings

Hotels

In-room TVs, lobby displays, fitness-center TVs, conference TVs. We can handle a whole-property sweep or one bad set at a time.

  • Coordinated multi-room scheduling
  • Property manager / engineering contact
  • Discreet, in-uniform technicians

Gyms & fitness studios

Cardio-deck TVs, group-fitness room displays. We handle the noisy, high-vibration environments these sets live in.

  • HDMI splitter / matrix experience
  • Closed-caption + audio routing setup
  • Mount inspection included

Healthcare, churches, schools

Waiting-room TVs, sanctuary displays, classroom screens. We’ve worked in HIPAA-sensitive and minor-present environments — quiet, professional, in-and-out.

  • Background-check available on request
  • COI provided on request
  • Quiet, discreet work style

Got a dead TV during peak hours? Call — we’ll prioritize commercial work.

What’s different about commercial work.

Commercial TV repair isn’t just “residential, but more.” The constraints are different and so is the workflow:

Response time

Downtime costs you money.

A dead TV in a sports bar during a game is lost food and drink revenue. We prioritize commercial calls in our scheduling — typical response is next business day, often same day during sports seasons. We’ll quote you a window on the first call.

Scheduling

We work around your operating hours.

Most commercial visits happen during the venue’s off-hours — early morning before open, late night after close, or during off-peak windows. We’d rather show up at 7am than disrupt your dinner rush.

Pricing

Volume discounts on multi-TV jobs.

One trip charge covers as many TVs as we can diagnose in a visit. If three TVs are down in the same venue and they’re all the same fault (common for sets installed together), the labor is shared across them. Net effect: per-TV cost drops sharply for fleet jobs.

Invoicing

Business invoicing, W-9, and net 30 terms.

We can invoice your business directly via email, accept ACH or check, and provide W-9 on signup. Net 30 terms standard for established accounts. Certificate of Insurance available on request for property managers who require it.

Point of contact

One contact, one phone number, one technician.

You don’t get rotated through a dispatch queue. The person who answers the phone is the person scheduling the visit — and often the person doing the work. Makes follow-up and recurring service much easier than dealing with a national chain.

Equipment

Ceiling and high-mount experience.

Commercial TVs live in awkward places — ceilings, high walls, behind bars, on articulating arms. We bring the ladders, lift gear, and disassembly tools needed for those installs. No need to dismount the TV for us; we work on it in place when feasible.

How a commercial repair works.

Same core process as residential, but adapted to your venue’s reality:

1 · Call or submit form

Tell us venue type, number of TVs affected, brand/model if you have it, and the symptom. We’ll give you a price range and book a visit window.

2 · On-site diagnostic

Tech arrives in the agreed window. Opens the TV, runs structured diagnosis, and gives you a written quote covering all affected sets. You sign off before any work happens.

3 · Repair + verify

Parts on the truck for ~80% of jobs — same-visit repair. Specialty parts: one follow-up visit at no extra trip fee. Every TV verified working before we leave.
